August 17 2015, Ocean Beach San Diego CA USA: San Diego Junior Lifeguards cheer on their team mates to have the courage to take a giant leap from the Ocean Beach Pier into the turbulent waters below. The twice annual San Diego tradition is the culmination of weeks of training by the young guards, aged 9 to 16 years old.
