Thursday, Jan 21, 2010: A car drives through the intersection of Mission Blvd and Pacific Drive shortly after it was re-opened to traffic on Thursday afternoon. Flood waters had reached several feet at one point on Wednesday evening according to San Diego City crews working at the scene. WInter storms battered Southern California for a fourth day in a row, bringing strong wind, high surf and rain that caused flooding in many parts of San Diego.
