Point Loma resident Dan Davis approached San Diego City Councilman Kevin Faulconer during the 60th annual Ocean Beach Kite Festival, Craft Fair and Parade on Saturday, March 1, 2008 to tell his feelings about the new beach alcohol ban. Davis said that he was initially against the ban but has seen dramatic changes in the area since it went into effect and wanted to congratulate Faulconer for his work on the issue.
